Allan Lonergan is the Managing Partner and founder of Bluestone Law, bringing more than two decades of experience advising businesses, property owners, developers, agribusinesses and organisations on complex commercial, property and dispute matters.
Throughout his career, Allan has built a reputation as a trusted adviser who combines technical legal expertise with practical commercial judgement. His experience spans leading national law firms, mid-sized practices, and practice at the Queensland Bar, together with senior executive leadership as General Counsel and Company Secretary of Racing Queensland, where he advised on significant governance, regulatory, commercial and strategic matters.

Sharon holds a Bachelor of Laws, a Bachelor of Engineering in Environmental Engineering (Honours) and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice, and was admitted to the Supreme Court of Queensland in 2019.
Before practising law, Sharon worked as an environmental engineer for local government and in private practice, where she gained valuable technical expertise in contaminated land, water quality, flood modelling, environmental assessment and major infrastructure projects. This technical grounding enhances her ability to advise on matters requiring both legal insight and scientific or engineering understanding.
Prior to joining Bluestone Law, Sharon worked as a commercial lawyer at a Brisbane-based firm, gaining experience in:

Abigail holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from the Queensland University of Technology and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from the College of Law, and was admitted to the Supreme Court of Queensland in December 2023. At Bluestone Law, Abigail acts for clients in agricultural, compensation and valuation matters, together with general property dispute work.
Throughout most of her study, Abigail worked in-house at a large protein company, gaining experience across a range of practice areas including intellectual property, real property, personal injury and agribusiness. Prior to joining Bluestone Law, Abigail worked as a property lawyer at a Brisbane-based firm, honing her skills in rural, commercial and residential property dealings and transactions.
Outside of the law, Abigail enjoys travelling and exploring new places. She loves spending time with her family and friends and winding down with a good book.
